Experiencing Space
Spatial experience
Project 1 is focusing on "Experiencing Space" where the students are required to explore issues of spatial poetic through simple design exercises. Working in groups of three (3) or four (4) students, we are to propose a scheme of spatial translation. We are required to design the scheme in the form of semi-open architecture by using two (2) or three (3) modifying elements of Architecture of our choice.
Project 1a Precedent Studies : Analysing spatial poetics in architecture.
The objective is to identify, understand and analyse different modifying elements of architecture through precedent studies.

Project 1b Spatial Translation :Applying spatial poetics in Architecture.
Learning from the precedent studies in Project 1a and interpreting the given narrative, design one (1) design scheme of spatial translation.
